Late Night NBA Fantasy Picks

You’re either a night-hawk, live on the west coast, missed the earlier games, or maybe you just prefer a smaller pool of players to choose from. Whatever the reason, you’re playing the late night NBA fantasy contest and you have some tough decisions to make.

Tonight there are just two late games on the NBA schedule, so your choices will be between the talents of the the 76ers, who are in Portland to face the Trail Blazers at 10 pm ET and the Celtics, who took a trip to Phoenix to play the Suns.

Fantasy Picks

PG Brandon Knight $7200  –  The Suns’ guard will return to the lineup tonight after sitting out Friday’s game with an illness. Before sitting out, he was averaging 39.5 fantasy points per game over his last three. We haven’t heard anything regarding ill affects today, so Knight should have a healthy dose of minutes against the Celtics and post big stats.

PF Mirza Teletovic $4300 – As Jon Leuer was ruled out with an illness earlier today, Teletovic looks to be the one to target in the value aisle. Teletovic has scored in double digits in each of his last three games, and looks to be a sure 20+ fantasy point contributor tonight.

SF Maurice Harkless $3800 – Harkless is another player you definitely want to have your eye on in the value aisle. Earning the start at power forward, his minutes drastically went up and he has responded well to the added pressure. He’s scored 22.1 and 25.8 fantasy points in each of his last two games (respectively), and could score 25+ versus Philly.

PF Jared Sullinger $5900 – When you don’t have too many choices available, sometimes it’s good to go with a couple of safer picks to balance our the roster. Sullinger has been consistent of late, enjoying his best month of the season this March. The Celtics forward has averaged 27.5 fantasy points over the course of his last 10 outings and should have another strong night against the Suns.
