USC vs. Wisconsin
Fanpicks.com is proud to bring you the Holiday Bowl game preview featuring USC against Wisconsin. This bowl game will be a close nail bitter with USC topping Wisconsin 24-21. Play the best fantasy college football contests at Fanpicks.com
One month after Clay Helton was hired as the permanent head coach at USC, he’ll experience his first bowl game when the Trojans meet Wisconsin in the Holiday Bowl at Qualcomm Stadium on Dec. 30. Helton was hired Nov. 30, two days after USC beat rival UCLA to advance to the Pac-12 championship game, but the Trojans lost to Stanford and ended up in San Diego rather than at the coveted Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Helton fired several of his assistants in the week following his hiring, which could leave the Trojans vulnerable in certain areas.
If the Trojans hope to extend their all-time record to 7-0 against Wisconsin, they’ll need to find a way to protect quarterback Cody Kessler. USC has allowed 35 sacks this season, which is tied for eighth-most in the Pac-12, and the Badgers have a premier pass rusher in outside linebacker Joe Schobert. He has produced 18.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks and forced five fumbles, which ties the single-season program record; he could turn it into a long night for Kessler.
Wisconsin hasn’t defeated a team with a winning record this season, losing a pair of nail-biters to Iowa and Northwestern, the teams that finished ahead of the Badgers in the West Division of the Big Ten. If they hope to get their first win against a team with a winning record, they’ll likely need another big game from running back Dare Ogunbowale, who carried the ball 33 times in the regular-season finale against Minnesota, totaling a career-high 155 yards and a touchdown. There’s also a possibility that injury-plagued but talented running back Corey Clement could be available, though he wasn’t practicing with the team earlier in the month, instead working with the strength and conditioning staff.
USC Season Overview (8-5, 6-3 Pac-12): Adoree Jackson was voted the most valuable player for the Trojans this season, contributing as a wide receiver, defensive back and punt returner, but the real game-changer is teammate JuJu Smith-Schuster, the talented wide receiver who has caught 85 passes for 1,389 yards and 10 touchdowns. Smith-Schuster, Jackson and the other receivers will be up against a Wisconsin pass defense that has allowed six touchdown passes all season. Steven Mitchell Jr. could become a prime target in this game, as he specializes in the shorter routes that might come in handy for Kessler.
WISCONSIN Season Overview (9-3, 6-2 Big Ten): Badgers quarterback Joel Stave will look to punctuate his college career on a high note, something he failed to accomplish in his Big Ten finale. He threw for just 79 yards in the 31-21 victory against Minnesota with no touchdown passes and an interception, giving him six picks in the last four games. Stave is expected to have one of his favorite targets back as second-leading receiver Robert Wheelwright has been practicing after missing the final four games with a broken fibula.

Utah Utes versus USC Trojans College Football Fantasy Preview 10-24-2015
It will be a PAC 12 conference matchup from college football as the USC Trojans will host the Utah Utes. DFS draft managers can tune to FOX TV at 7:30PM Eastern Time from LA Coliseum on October 24th to follow the results of their roster picks.
When these two teams met last year it was Utah posting the 24-21 victory at home. Utah is 6-0 as they defeated the Arizona St Sun Devils at home last week by the score of 34-18. It was a big fourth quarter for the Utes in the win as they outscored the Sun Devils 20-0. The Utes running game struggled for 72 yards on 31 carries. The team got production from their passing attack throwing for 297 yards. It was nice defensive performance by the Utes by limiting ASU to just 257 yards with only 15 rushing on 28 carries. Utah is 26th best in college football in scoring defense as they limit their opponents to just 19.5 points per game. Offensively the Utes score 36.5 points a game good for 29th best in the nation.
The USC Trojans 2015 season has been a disappointment. They have lost two straight and three of their past four games. The team is 3-3 on the year and has played poorly defensively in losses to Stanford at home and at Notre Dame where the team surrendered 41 points in both games. Last week in the defeat at Notre Dame the Trojans appeared faster and stronger than Notre Dame but were having a difficult time reading the run-option plays that was run. As a result USC was lit up for 214 rushing yards for 6.1 yards per carry. The Trojans did pile up 590 yards of offense but had trouble sustaining drives by going 6 of 16 on third down.
Utah Utes QB:

Washington Huskies versus USC Trojans College Football Fantasy Cash League Preview 10-8-2015
A PAC 12 conference contest is scheduled for Thursday night college football as the USC Trojans will host the Washington Huskies. Fantasy football draft GM’s can tune to ESPN TV on October 8th at 9PM Eastern Time to follow the results of their roster picks.
These clubs are from separate divisions in the PAC 12 so they last faced one another back in 2012. Washington is off to a disappointing 2-2 start in their 2015 campaign. They were competitive in week one in a three point road loss at Boise St and in week four they dropped a 30-24 home decision to California. With the retirement of Cyrus Miles during the spring the Huskies were forced to break in a first year starting quarterback. Jake Browning is a freshman who is learning under fire against some tough competition this early in the season. He faces another test against a USC defense on the road. Washington has to lean on a defense this year that ranks 28th in yards allowed and 17th in points allowed. The Huskies give up just 16 points and 321 yards per game to their opponents. Huskies head coach Chris Peterson built some outstanding defensive teams in his years at Boise St so he may try to follow that formula where the defense will be very good prior to the offense coming around The Huskies are rushing for just 107 yards per game ranking 119th in college football.
The USC Trojans responded after a 41-31 home loss to Stanford by going on the road in week four and defeating the Arizona St Sun Devils by the score of 42-14. After a bad defensive performance against the Cardinal the USC defense shut out the Sun Devils in the first half as the Trojans went into the locker room up 35-0.
USC Trojans QB:
The Heisman candidate is completing 73% of his throws for 1297 yards with 15 touchdowns and one pick. In the win against the Sun Devils the senior quarterback was 19 of 33 for 375 yards with five touchdowns and one pick.
USC Trojans RB:
Ronald Jones II
The freshman running back has 30 carries for 242 yards and two touchdowns. Those big numbers were achieved early against Idaho and Arkansas St. He has combined for 73 yards on 16 carries against Stanford and Arizona St.
Madden leads the Trojans with 37 carries and has run for 213 yards and four touchdowns. He is averaging 5.8 yards per carry. But against Stanford and Arizona St Mason has combined for 71 yards on 18 carries.
USC Trojans WR:
The sophomore wide out leads USC by far with 27 catches for 537 yards and six touchdowns. At Arizona St Smith-Schuster grabbed five balls for 103 yards and two touchdowns. He has had a 50 yard or greater reception in all four games this season.
Washington Huskies QB:
The young signal caller is completing 65% of his throws for 996 yards with five touchdowns and four picks. Against Cal in week 4 the freshman threw 17 of 28 for 152 yards with no touchdowns and two picks in his first game against the PAC 12.
Washington Huskies RB:
The freshman running back has 39 carries for 209 yards and three touchdowns. Most of those yards came against Sacramento St as Gaskin has gained 63 yards on 25 carries in the three other games.
Washington Huskies WR:
Mickens has played all four years at Washington. The senior has 13 catches for 121 yards. He was contained in the PAC 12 opener with three catches for nine yards.

USC Trojans RB:
Ronald Jones II
This freshman running back has seen some time in blowout games and rushed 14 times for 169 yards and two touchdowns.
This game doesn’t figure to be a blowout like the first two games for the Trojans so Madden should get more carries. The senior back has 19 carries for 142 yards and three touchdowns.

JuJu Smith Schuster
Shuster is the top receiver by far for the Trojans with 14 catches for 281 yards and three touchdowns. He has averaged 20.1 yards a catch this season.
