The Arizona Wildcats are 6-6 and failed to earn a berth into the PAC 12 championship game like they did in 2014. The issue with the Wildcats has been with the defense. In their past five road games the Wildcats have given up no fewer than 31 points. This game will be played on New Mexico’s home field and the Wildcats have allowed 40 points per game in their road games. The strength of the Wildcats has been their offense. The team is 15th in the nation in total offense by gaining 494 yards per game. Arizona is balanced in the run and pass. A big hit for the Wildcats is their leading running back Nick Wilson will be out.

New Mexico should be motivated in this spot as the team is 7-5 and playing in a bowl game for the first time in a long time The Lobos picked up wins on the road to Boise St and has a home victory to Air Force 47-35 in the final regular season game.
