Carolina Panthers versus New York Giants NFL Fantasy Preview 12-20-2015
The Carolina Panthers put up their undefeated record as they meet the New York Giants on Sunday afternoon. NFL fantasy football draft GM’s can tune to FOX at 1PM Eastern Time to follow the results of their one day league roster picks.
The Carolina Panthers are plenty motivated in this spot. The team is 13-0 and is in line for a perfect regular season record. They have played good defense for some time but now the offensive side of the football is playing at a high level The team is number one in the NFL in scoring offense as they average over 31 points per game. Their point total has been extremely high as they have scored 33 points or greater in four straight games including a 38-0 home victory to Atlanta last week. On the defensive side of the football the team ranks in the top five in every key category.
The Giants are on a short week after they defeat the Miami Dolphins last week 31-24 on Monday night football. A big concern for New York has been the play of their defense as the club is 32nd and last in the NFL against the pass by allowing 308 yards per game.
Here is the Fantasy Football Pick
Carolina Panthers QB:
Newton is a major threat with his arm and his legs. He will call his own number near the end zone and is very effective in moving the sticks by running the football. Newton has improved greatly on his passing accuracy as he is developing by threading the needle behind his great arm strength in tight windows. On the year Newton is hitting on 59% of his throws for 3062 yards with 28 touchdowns and ten picks. He has scored seven rushing touchdowns. Newton has thrown for eight passing touchdowns over his past two games. Last week against Atlanta Newton hit on 71% of his throws for 265 yards and three touchdowns. The Panthers signal caller will have great success throwing against the worst rated pass defense in the league.

Green Bay Packers versus Oakland Raiders NFL Fantasy Preview 12-20-2015
The Oakland Raiders return home to host Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon. DFS draft managers can tune to FOX TV at 4PM Eastern Time to track the scoring results as they happen for their roster picks.
The Green Bay Packers ran away late for a 28-7 victory at home last week to the Dallas Cowboys. But they are 3-4 since their bye week and have looked sluggish on the offensive side of the football. Last week the Packers ran the football 44 times as the Cowboys offense presented very little concern for Green Bay that they could just ground and pound to victory. The Packers are 18th in the NFL in total defense as they give up 350 yards per game.
Oakland has been inconsistent for much of the season. They are much improved from previous teams as they are 6-7 with major improvement shown on the offensive side more specifically with their passing game. The Raiders played a clean game last week with no turnovers and Derek Carr can be reckless at times.
Here is the NFL Fantasy Pick for your Real Money League
It was apparent that Jack Del Rio was fed up by the turnovers. So he reeled in Derek Carr and went the conservative rout not allowing Carr to blow games with turnovers. The defense came up big for the Raiders with a strong pass rush against a sitting duck. Bottom line is that the Packers defense will be facing a Raiders offense that will play to not make mistakes. Green Bay has allowed 18 or fewer points in four of their past five games.
