Florida Gators versus LSU Tigers College Football Fantasy Picks 10-17-2015
It will be a battle between two undefeated SEC conference schools as the LSU Tigers will be home to the Florida Gators. College football fantasy draft managers can tune to ESPN TV at 7PM Eastern Time to follow the results of their rosters picks.
These teams went head to head last year and it was LSU pulling out a 30-27 victory on the road. Florida will visit LSU with a mark of 6-0. The team has four wins in the SEC and has held three SEC opponents to ten points or fewer. Last week they traveled to Missouri and won 21-3 as they limited the Tigers to just 257 yards for the game and a miserable 1 of 14 conversions on third down. A big blow for the team as starting quarterback Will Grier is out for the season with a PED suspension. The team will look to Treon Harris to start on Saturday night. Florida has put up some impressive defensive stats this year ranking in the top 16 in college football in yardage allowed, rushing defense and points allowed giving up just 14.3 points a game.
LSU is a 5-0 football team. After a 21-19 road win at Mississippi St in the opener the Tigers have scored an average of over 40 points in their past four games. They crushed South Carolina in their home stadium last week by the score of 45-24. LSU produces some great defensive numbers as well. They are a good rushing team as they run for 346 yards per game on the year. The Tigers don’t pick up much from their passing game throwing for 122 yards ranking 122nd in college football.
