North Carolina Tar Heels versus Pittsburgh Panthers College Football Real Money Fantasy Preview 10-29-2015

The Pittsburgh Panthers will meet the North Carolina Tar Heels from the college football gridiron on Thursday night. DFS managers can tune to ESPN TV on October 29th from Pittsburgh at 7PM Eastern Time to follow the results of their one day league roster picks.

This is a battle between two 6-1 teams. The Tar Heels opened the season with a 17-13 defeat on the road to South Carolina. Since that loss the team has strung together six straight wins and are bowl eligible. Their other road game was on October 3rd where they pulled out a 38-31 victory at Georgia Tech. North Carolina has been a solid defensive team as they give up just 16.7 points per game to their opponents which is 16th best in the nation.

Pittsburgh suffered their first loss back on September 19th dropping a 27-24 road decision at an undefeated Iowa Hawkeyes club. The Panthers play only their third home game of the season as they have just one road game left on their schedule. Last Saturday they won at Syracuse 23-20. Like North Carolina, Pittsburgh is a stout defensive team ranking very highly in all the key categories.

North Carolina Tar Heels QB:

Marquise Williams

The senior quarterback has seen significant action the past three years with the program. He is completing 67% of his throws for 1353 yards with nine touchdowns and seven picks. He is a dual threat quarterback who has run for 476 yards and five touchdowns while averaging 7.0 yards per carry.

North Carolina Tar Heels RB:

Elijah Hood

Hood leads the Tar Heels on the ground with 646 rushing yards with eight touchdowns and a very good 6.5 yards per rush average.

Pittsburgh Panthers QB:

Nathan Peterman

The Panthers signal caller is hitting on 69% of his passes for 1111 yards with nine touchdowns and three picks. He is not a major threat to run with a 1.5 yards per rush average on 46 carries.

Pittsburgh Panthers WR:

Tyler Boyd

Boyd leads the Panthers with 53 catches for 489 yards with four touchdowns. He had 12 catches last week for 93 yards in the win at Syracuse.

Oregon Ducks versus Arizona St Sun Devils College Football Fantasy Preview 10-29-2015

It will be a PAC 12 conference tilt in late night as the Arizona St Sun Devils host the Oregon Ducks. College football fantasy draft GMs can tune to ESPN at 10:30PM Eastern Time from Arizona St to track the results of their roster picks.

Oregon is going through a down season for their standards with a record of 4-3. They have two PAC 12 losses with a 62-20 home defeat to Utah and on October 10th dropped a 45-38 home decision in overtime to Washington St. The defense has gone south on the Ducks by ranking 113th in the nation in yards allowed at 461 per game.

Arizona St is 4-3 with their losses coming in a neutral field to Texas A&M, home to USC and two weeks ago at Utah. They have struggled in pass defense ranking 95th in the nation.

Oregon Ducks QB:

Vernon Adams

The transfer from FCS school Eastern Washington has hit on 59.4% of his throws for 853 yards with six touchdowns and two picks.

Oregon Ducks RB:

Royce Freeman

Freeman has run well this season with 997 yards on 150 carries and nine touchdowns. He is producing 6.6 yards per carry.

Arizona St Sun Devils QB:

Mike Bercovici

The senior quarterback is completing 58.6% of his throws for 1846 yards with 14 touchdowns and 5 picks. He had a tough game at Utah where he completed just 48% of his passes.

Arizona St Sun Devils WR:

Tim White

White has 22 passes this year for 303 yards with five touchdowns. He is averaging nearly 14 yards per catch on the season.
